ACTIVITY

This workshop for young people addresses different themes linked to urbanism and especially participation in making decisions for the city. Using an introductory exercise to encourage ideas about development of the city through history and the diversity of types of houses and flats relating to cultures and / or different historical moments, raises questions about the built environment and the methods of participation we can engage in to influence our environment.

The critical and creative thinking of young people is stimulated through the presentation of different examples of activation and participation. In direct relation to current urban problems, they are invited to offer their own solutions in a collaborative process with others, strengthening informal and creative solutions. Since this is an area of non-formal learning, the idea is to play and experiment with all of the ideas generated and to understand how they could be applied to help solve real world problems.

OPINIONS OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE
